For sale here is everything you need to start debugging code on a Neo Geo CD toploader.
PC-2-Neo board: worked the last time I used it. May need to be updated to the latest firmware. It was updated once, not sure if a new version has come out since. No cables included. You will need to supply a mini USB cable and a high quality Neo Geo controller extension cable.
NeoBiosMasta CD version designed for use with a Neo Geo CD toploader console. Unibios CD version ROM chip is included.
Brian Hargrove stopped making these years back so here's your rare chance to install the CD unibios on your toploader without a messy wire install.
This was pulled off a working Neo Geo CD toploader that was upgraded to a Neo Geo CD SD loader.
To install it on your console pull up pin 10 on the stock BIOS chip and tie to pin 21. Pull up pin 12 and tie the solder pad on the mobo for pin 12 to the OE pin on the BiosMasta.
