The least expensive one I've seen recently with art sold on Yahoo Auctions Japan for 81,000 yen ($733 USD) back in November:

There's also this PCB without art that sold for $1099 on Ebay in January:

That puts the PCB without art that sold on the Shmups forum for $1200 on the pricing high end, but it's not a board that you see often, so of course the price will be variable.
Given the condition and materials that your kit has, $1000 - $1200 ballpark seems about right IMHO.

I would put it at 1200-1400 depending on condition (box included). Very rare board that you don't see often.
