Raiden fighters (picture 7715),we don't have the motherboard,(aisa version), USD95.00,without motherboard(I'm not sure whether it works fine.)If it doesn't work ,pls let me know.We can not find the motherboard at that moment.

Since the board says 1996, and Raiden Fighters 2 didn't come out until 1997 it's most likely Raiden Fighters 1
