The seller offered I/O boards and harnesses, was prompt and courteous, and all items arrived.
The items visually appear to be in good working condition, although I was unable to test them for unrelated reasons, but that is unrelated to the seller.
I purchased I/O boards for a Taito Type X2 before understanding the IO is also cabinet specific, due to a lack of research on my part.
(They were apparently compatible with Delta 32 cabinets rather than Vewlix cabinets.)
Everything within the seller's control seemed to be handled courteously and promptly.
A couple of things outside the seller's control are worth noting:
The exchange itself seemed good, the seller was courteous and friendly, and items seemed as described.

- PayPal performed oddly about sending money to the seller. The only method PayPal would allow took about a week to send the money, but hopefully that was just a temporary issue.
- Edit: It seems that was a temporary issue and was finally resolved according to the seller, which seems true and credible based on previous interaction and results.
- The shipment from the Philippines to the US took something like 2-3 weeks for delivery, which isn't too bad for the distance.
