Another positive feedback for @foxical - did a trade for some god tier shmup PCBs. Excellent communication, easy negotiation, fast shipping and solid packing. He threw in matching original Japanese soundtrack CDs which was unexpected but a very nice touch. You can tell this guy cares for his games by their “Tops” like minty conditions.
