possible bad flyback

just bought a neo geo mvs 4 slot cab with the speakers above the marquee saw some arcing coming from under the flyback or around it i took the board out to try and see where its coming from but no burn damage on the board was working for a few days before today before i adjusted the monitors geometry the monitor is a rca a63adt10x05 and the boards a wells gardner 25k7193 from what the sticker says but i dont know if thats the actual board in the cab at the moment,

if this is in the wrong spot just let me know and il repost it

Yes it is common for the Flyback casing to split and arc to nearby. You can see this pic some will be very obvious. Usually just requires simple swap in of new flyback.
