Go on Facebook and check out the 'Retro Nippon' group. There's a guy named James Patrus who does just that.

I know the YouTuber KidShoryuken offers a service where he purchases games in Japan for folks. I think it's linked to his Patreon but it might be a blindbox deal where you don't know what you're getting—just that it's for the system you specify. Might be worth asking if he can pick up games a la carte for you if they're common titles and nothing too rare.

Thanks for the advice guys.. I don’t use Facebook or any social media and kidS only does that for his patreon which make sense. I am not looking for rare stuff nor complete in a box just carts..

Might be useful if you stated for everyone what you'd be willing to pay for this service and also what service you are requesting exactly. For people to find the games for you? For you to find them yourself and then send a link for the person to purchase?
