Hope everyone is well. Acquired a Primal Rage PCB in Japan and it arrived without some ROM seals (3 seals missing in total). For those with the same boards, or knowledge of this very cool game, can you tell me if this is normal (e.g. sent from the factory like this) or something that might indicate they are not genuine/copies? Thanks!
