PS4/JAMMA dual mode fightstick

Hi, I'm in the middle of modding a fightstick that can be used on PS4 and JAMMA (mainly through DB15 male). Can anyone show me how I should connect the Sanwa style 5-pin to DB15 female terminal strip? I've already directly wired buttons to it.
