Hi ! 
I have a glitch & freeze problem on this PCB
No corrosion or broken track
The PAL 4040 had 2 broken legs and soldered directly on its socket like a pig.
I programmed a GAL with Dump file, so far it works.
But after 5 minutes, some graphic bugs appear for this grow over time for the game freezes.
I have already checked all the legs of the big chips etc, and dry solder.
I would think maybe a HS Video Ram

Update I redid all the MaskRom soldering, I didn't see any graphical bugs but the game freezes and crashes much faster.
Maybe the Eproms are corrupted
