Question about backups for 246/256

It has come to my attention that games for the 246 and 256 were distributed on both CDs and DVDs, and there is a possibility that some titles labelled DVD may actually be running on CDs.

Is there a master list somewhere detailing what all titles are on CDs and DVDs?

You could also look at MAME CHD collection, the extracted ISOs.

The only game I know that was labeled as a DVD but is actually a CD is Super Dragon Ball Z.
