Question: Naomi 1 case fan direction?

I don't have a naomi, but with computers, 99.99% of the time with fans, the air flows in the direction towards the label on the fan.
For example, with the fan below, if you were looking at the label, you would be having air blowing in your face.

Correct, I installed it in the same direction as the one I replaced. But that is expelling air from the system which I'm not sure is right and Sega is weird about fans. I mean, if we're honest the fan is unneeded unless I leave the system on constantly. But I figure if I'm doing it I should do it right.

Managed to jump start the old fan by running >12v through it. Only lasted a moment but long enough to confirm that it blows.

passive intake
active exhaust

pretty much the rule of thumb, but you're right there are exceptions.
