Had a Mahjong Daireikai pcb that didn't give any video on boot.
Investigations showed that a JK-02 IC had uh... some broken legs.
Considered trying to fix this manually but that seemed like way too much work, and @caius are selling repros for these so went ahead and bought one of those instead.

This is a cheap game, and getting a new pcb would probably be about same price as the repro IC, but it feels nice to fix old broken hardware so went this route instead.
