I had the opportunity to add this dirty old Sega Quizz panel to my modest collection for 20 bucks. It ended up in fairly good condition overall after cleaning.
I just plugged it to my cab and a PC.
I'll probably need to add a few buttons to make it run DDR properly; but and it's a fine, cheap and fun way to play DDR/ Stepmania / Flash Flash Revolution on your generic candy cab.
Of course you could do that with a generic 2p12b panel, but nothing beats the feeling of giving a new purpose to an old obscure dedicated panel.
