Raiden II wave 👋

Have this board…that has a wave on the left side. If I put it on another monitor it’s not there but it has a time syncing up like the picture will be shifted by a 1/3rd over. If I power cycle a couple times it is centered. Do I need to replace caps?

What monitor are you using, dogg? Seibu boards have funny refresh rates, so some monitors might have sync issues.
