Recommended way of getting Naomi @480p on Sony BVM D24

I have a Naomi 2 that I'd like to use with my D24 but the top of the image is curved due to the way hv is converted to csync in my setup. I've seen some Extron units like the RGB 201 or 203 Rxi recommended for dealing with this issue, but I'm unsure if there are other good solutions that might either be more easily available or allow for a simpler setup.

Has anyone found any other good ways of dealing with this or would the Extron units still be the best bet?

RGB 580xi is in my video chain for Naomi and Taito Type X1 to display properly on a BVM D20F1.

Options were a bit limited for what I could find in the UK but I managed to pick up an Extron RGB 192v which fixes up the issue with the dipswitch to remove serration pulses turned on.
