I'm in the process of installing the reset pin, but I've noticed that the manual shows pin B28 of CN1, but the picture in the info thread here shows pin B21. It's easy enough to swap, but I wanted to verify which it should be before I power the board up again.
 
You are looking at two different connectors. I would recommend using a dupont cable and connecting it to B21 of the communication connector on the left side of the b-board. There are pictures in the CPS2 information thread.

If your B-board has the CN9 connector then I recommend connecting it there.
 
I just figured that out. Thanks for the confirmation. Much easier to go to the communication connector.
