Ringedge not coming on

I have a Ringedge which wont come on , it did briefly did a lot of beeps which i guessed were memory and bios, swapped out the memory and the battery , did the cmos reset (jumper near the ssd , when i move the jumper and power on it comes to life briefly then shuts off, then move the jumper back to the original position and it does nothing, so nowi am needing help please

did you try another psu?
and is the cpu fan spinning?

when i move the jumper to the reset it all comes to life briefly , tried an atx but same issue

well treating it as a pc,
pull any cards out of it and put a generic gfx card in and see if it boots
because if you can test the bits seperatly you can narrow it down.
it may be a shorted mosfet on the motherboard near the cpu - thats the most common failure on both motherboards and gpu's these days
