I recently purchased a Rival Schools board that currently boots into a black screen. I also have a EX 2 Plus rom board that works fine with the main board. Any suggestions for a fix? I haven't had a ton of time to test it or troubleshoot beyond confirming that the Sony ZN-2 main board isn't at fault.

Is it a encryption problem? During boot it decrypts part of the data into the ram i think. It wont boot if it is unable to do this.
