The Patient: Robocop pcb Version 1
The problem: Explosions, gun fire are very silent.
What works: Speech, music, some Sound fx, boots and runs.
I've tested the rom board in a bad dude, heavy barrel works 100%. Cpu board is the problem.
It has been a problem from the start. I had to replace both main ram chips tc5565 (L4,L5), Replaced both y3014 chips (fixed the static issue) to get the game even playing.
Another repair log on sound was to replace the ram chip at F2, piggy backed the ram chip did not fix the sound issue.
I'm a newbe at this stuff, so does anyone else have experience at these type of boards/problem?
