When I was a young kid I watched my mom die in front of me. It has caused me a lifetime of severe anxiety. I do go to therapy and take medication to help.

As an impartial third party I’m concerned that the PayPal refund already happened (taking his account from -$1800 to $0), the PayPal representative was quoting general timelines, and that the 7-11 day wait will intensify negative feelings when $1800 doesn’t appear in his PayPal account.

@Arcade game I'm not sure what problems tony may have had in the past, but making public information about his life and use to attack him is pretty poor.

Just to clarify and set expectations: @Arcade game are you expecting $1800 to show up in your paypal within 7-11 days or expecting it to show up in Bob’s account within 7-11 days?
Can’t speak to the details of all of this, but like Hursit said I have had nothing but positive experiences with Omar. I have 2 cabs coming from him this weekend and have been updated all along the way. I also know the impact Omar has had in the community and the support he has had for many events that several of us have attended. It’s easy for us all to see what both sides have shown but none of us have seen it all. Based on my experiences, all the people that have dealt with Omar that I know, and the communication I’ve experienced with him I can say he’s a good dude.

Paypal cannot return money that is not held in your in balance. If your Paypal balance is showing zero, Tony is getting nothing. There is no such outcome here where Paypal will refund Tony and you get to keep the money you have already withdrawn.
How is this so hard?
