Sega Chihiro security pic replacement

i have a GDROM and original House of the Dead 3 disc but no security pic. Been trying to create a replacement security pic but my system keeps throwing up a Error 26. I'm not sure if i'm programming the PIC16F628A right. Could someone help me out with this?

What i'm using...
GQ-4x4 True USB Universal Programmer
Blank PIC16F628A
PIC binary: 317-0348-com.data (from hotd3.zip in mame roms) - this even the right file?

.data files in MAME is not PIC binaries but key etc data, which should be transplanted into actual firmware binary if you want to burnt it into PIC

Nevermind. I figured out how reproduced a security chip for House of the Dead 3. I've had this untested GDROM drive and HOTD3 disc on my shelf for years. Glad to know they work!
