Does anyone use type 3 I/O with their NAOMI? If so I was just wondering if it was compatible with Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Capcom vs. SNK 2.

Yes, I use a Type 3 with Naomi. All normal lever-and-button Naomi games that I've tried work fine with it, including MVC2 and CVS2.
