I have a Spike out ( 1998 ) cabinets but it missing the connecting part to the monitor. I have this part installed at a Virtua striker and I want to try to move them from one cabinet to the other. I may not have explained all this properly so I hope some photos will help. First two are spike out. The rest is virtua striker and I want to see if I can connect it to spike out.
If anyone knows how this works and is willing to help I would be thankful.

You have a Nanao MS9 in your Spikeout cabinet and you have a Sanwa PM1745 in your Virtua Striker. You can't just drop the Sanwa chassis on the Nanao monitor. Why you don't just swap the whole monitor, tube included?

Alternatively, just buy a MS9 chassis. They're very common and you see them on sale all the time (there's one on Arcade Otaku right now).
