Sega New astro city's problem.

Hi,

The customer's local voltage is 110v, we exchange the voltage(soldering the wire) before send out(works fine, our local voltage is 220V).Now the item doesn't boot up.Is there anyone who ever come across that question?

I expect something has come loose during transit, could be a very simple fix.

There's a power switch at the back too.

Both power switches are turned on, and the marquee light and speakers work. Now my friend suspect that it may be the cable's problem(the machine's back)

So it's just the monitor that isn't working? Likely a cracked solder joint on the chassis.
