Sen kyu/battle balls bios help

Have a Japan region Sen Kyu/battle balls cart that I need either a new bios chip burned or reprogrammed with the correct region to work on my American SPI motherboard. I do not own a computer or programmer at this time. If anyone would be able to do this for me I will pay for your service. Thanks

You just need an eprom reprogrammed on the senkyu cart. I am sure there is somebody local to you that can programm that eprom for you.

thanks. Yes I am aware of this site, but am not sure of what file to send them? EPROMs, files and things of that nature are out of my realm of expertise.

Would there be any reason as to why someone in this community would not want to help another forum member out? I have read post on this forum from other members that have changed the region on their SPI carts.
