Should I be worried about this?

So I'm running third strike in my setup, and the game runs great.
But occasionally the system forgets settings like demo sound and whatnot and will ask me to rewrite the game.
I ran a simm check and I get this-

Should I do something about it or just deal?

That's pretty strange if you aren't getting errors during the write. Make sure your cart is clean. Dirty carts cause all sorts of strange issues including simm errors. BTW the SuperBIOS sims 1 and 2 will turn up bad in the simm test in the menu. It's because the SuperBIOS files don't match the original hashes.

Okay, thanks for the response.
I haven't attempted a rewrite though
I will note that the simms that showed bad were different between tests

That could be a problem of cold joints on the mainboard. Could also be a problem with the simms but if the simms were faulty, it would not be a intermittent fault.

If your fault is intermittent, then it's more likely to be cold joints.
