Just trying to get back what I have into it. Custom harness with service & test buttons, removable CPS2 kick connector via subharness, also supports CPS1 kick directly if you disconnect the CPS2 subharness. I recently replaced the internal connector for the harness. The adjustment pots are a little tempermental due to age, but they do work. You just can't wildly swing them end to end and expect to hit the sweet spot you're looking for. Disassembly and cleaning with deoxit might make them more performant, but I do not have the time, tools, or experience to do that, so I've left it as-is. I will include a 4 button Neo Geo CD pad to get you started!

$270 shipped anywhere in the world (pretty much). Zelle, PayPal F&F ONLY!
If you live in NA/EU and you're willing to wait up to 90 days to receive the package, I can probably offer you a slightly better price (maybe $220-$230? depends on location).

Send me a PM!
Thanks.

It's not bad for what it is IMO. It's 30 years old so it might not be as performant as more modern SuperGuns, but it's an all-in-one package (with the PSU) in a sold metal enclosure, and bog-standard DIN & DB15 ports. I think it uses a Sony encoder but I don't recall exactly.

Since I got a few questions around my description of the adjustment pots, thought I'd just copy-paste it here for those who might be interested: The pots on these are old, so you can't just swing the pots like a crazy man and expect to hit the sweet spot. Basically, I'm just overexaggerating to get across the fact that it's a 30 year old SuperGun and the pots aren't going to work perfectly like something that's fresh off the shelf. It works fine for my purposes, but I'm not super picky about small stuff like that in this hobby. You might be able to get them to perform better by blasting them with deoxit, but I'm not concerned enough about it to disassemble it since it works fine if you make the adjustments with care.

I'll try to get some photos uploaded in a few days.

I just picked one of these up from @Ajax and it’s a sweat unit. I think @XianXi makes s-video cables and you can find scart cables easy enuf. I really like that it uses db15 port so you can make your own sticks, it should have 5v at the port also. Plus, I really like that it has a headphone jack. GLWS

Thanks neodogg! All very good points; I agree that the de-facto standardized ports makes getting cables and controllers fairly easy. Neo Geo controllers plug right in, and a lot of hobbyist joysticks and converters use DB-15. You can use Mega Drive cables with this too, but you gotta be careful with RGB, since the pinout is slightly different.

Forgot to mention I added a voltmeter to the harness, so there you go. Also happy to knock off $20 and keep the controller if the buyer doesn't want it. I adjusted the shipping cost a little since I underestimated the weight of this item. Sorry!
