Simpsons 4 player boot issue

Has anyone seen this reboot issue on a simpsons 4 player board

I have tried it on 2 of my cabs and have the same issue with the PCB on both

I made sure that my power is correct

@Illmattic Konami is sucks sometimes .
I can talk from my personal experience and show how Aliens pcb is act on my setup (i received as faulty , i knew about this and i sent it to repair … the Fuji logic ic’s are the problem with these boards most of the time)

Thanks for the info alx...Just my luck this would happen lol I dont think this is a simple fix I might need to find someone in the states to fix it

So I narrowed it down with another member on here we touched the 2 JP pads with a wire, and I got to the boot screen, and it looks like the 12c chip is bad. Will update with results incase anyone else has this issue

Hold down the test switch while powering on the board, it's usually just the data on 12c that's bad and not the chip itself.
