SNK Neo50 II with new BenQ projection

Benq projection for Neo50 II. Seven months renovating the Neo50 that I managed to buy here in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
First the old projector was working partially, with defect in the Green and Blue projectors. Only Red was showing signs of life.
With information that it was possible to make an adaptation for a short-distance BenQ (MX822ST), I decided to invest in this project.

We owe whoever came up with that ultra short throw projector idea a ton. Easily one of the best arcade hacks I’ve seen since the multicart.

I now kinda want to get an old Namco skiing simulator or gunblade NY.
