Hi Everyone;
Does anyone know of (preferably free open source) software that I can use to reproduce a PCB from a picture/scan
Super simple use case is the neogeo marquee MV-ELD 1/2 board. Its single sided, nice and square. For one this simple I could probably just do a schematic in Kicad and then draw it out, that's my plan B, but I'd love to know how this is done for slightly more complex boards. Ideally I'd like to reproduce this board as a community project.

I know it CAN be done, Apocalypse has done lots (and they are awesome, if you ever read this, thank you your work is appreciated!). Can anyone point me in the right direction of how it's done please?
