Will this run all of the available cores? Also, when you say perfect for arcade cabs, does that mean it has a jamma adapter?

For jamma connection you will need jpac or jammasd.
For jvs you need JVSPAC2.
Selling jpac, JammASD V3 or JVSPAC2 too.
It plays Most of the cores.
