I have another Sega 16B Altered Beast pcb. I also tested it with my working Altered Beast Rom board and it still has graphics issues and no sound. Not sure which rom board it has but it's been converted to Sonic Boom.

Nice price Brent ... if the purpose will be to be repaired, the next owner will spend on shipping few bucks who will exceed the total price for a working board . Let's say you will import a working one from Japan,you will pay around 100$ with arts and stuff + shipping + custom ... will go around 170$

Nothing wrong with the price but... It doesn't work. Glitchy graphics and no sound. Not a good candidate for anything, especially the multi, unless you spend the time, money and effort repairing it.
