Bought this Naomi in Japan last month, it was listed as working. However, when I got it home, I couldn't get it working; it only shows a black screen. I removed the supercap and tried a different BIOS and still no luck. I've got another working Naomi now, so passing this on to someone who might know how to fix. Comes with the H bios, but I can include the D bios instead if you prefer.

I did wanna give an update, my guess is during shipping the cpu/gpu/bga chip (I forgot which one it was) got a little separated from the board. I don't have the stuff to fix it but I noticed by putting pressure on the board it would boot. I took inspiration from the ps3 and did an eraser mod to push down on the board and it's all good for now!
