(SOLVED) CPS2 Multi - Game flashes and freezes need to power cycle

Hi all

Hoping for a little help. I just installed the CPS2 Multi for a friend of mine and after running into a few issues. Turned out firmly seating the kit and a bad G pal I got it running.

The issue that remains is that when I switch games, It loads but stays on a frozen screen of garbled graphics. If I turn the system off and on again the new game loads fine. I'm guessing that this isn't expected behavior.

I'm running the decryped rom pack on an Asia X-Men Children of the Atom swapped in a G pal, corrected the jumpers and all that jazz.

If you're using the decrypted ROM set you still require the installation of the reset wire to get the system to automatically reboot.

Ahhhh. Thanks. I'll look up those instructions and give it a go.

I went through the updated instructions which I hadn't seen before. Went ahead and did the mod. Rebooting automatically now. Going to try the encrypted romset for fun.

This thing is great, I need to get one of my own.
