(SOLVED) NNC Toshiba D129C051 Jailbars HELP!!

Hello,
My NNC monitor had deteriorate issue like blooming picture etc. So I changed the whole chassis to new one (bid from YHJ).
Model is exactly the same (PD2367) othe specs as follows;

Toshiba PF D29C051
Tube: Beijing-Matsushita A68LZU185X
Neck: B10-277
.
Then this jailbars happened (both 15k & 31k);

Any idea how to solve this? Please share your wisdom.

I had the same issue with my spare PD2367.
A good clean, full capkit and reflow of some dodgy solder points on the neckboard solved all issues.
Give that chassis some love

Re-cap and reflow on chassis or only neck board? My technician inspected all Capacitors and he said the voltage is good.

This chassis is approaching 20 years old with probably lots of use in a arcade somewhere. Doing a full recap and reflow on both chassis and neckboard is basic maintenance and some time spent now can save you a lot of time, money, and hassle later.

All caps should be measured out of circuit for correct measurements. If I was measuring them all, I would just replace all caps while I’m at it.
I always find couple of caps that are way of spec….
