So, if you're into Sonic rom hacking, you've probably heard about Sonic the Fighters : Remix. If not, TLDR it's a romhack by TDRR that unlocks all the characters hidden in the game code + other gaming stuff that makes the game a bit more tournament-ready.

The hack was made for Xbox-360, PS3 and Model2, but it had never been tested on real hardware, only emulation.
Well, as a matter of fact, turns out it does work on a Model2 B CRX, it's only two roms to replace !
In order to play it on my NNC, I bought a Jamma to Model2 adapter on YAJ with ATX power supply, as my cab already has a Jamma harness

I've also bought a 400-5443-01 15A JVS power supply, so I could eventually power it through the cab. Coming soon.
And, as the Model2 stack in its cage definitely can't fit inside a NNC, I installed it on a leftover plank of wood replacing the back door.
