Soul Calibur 2 sound is high pitched

Good evening everyone,

I have a soul calibur 2 that had been running great for years and now the sound is coming out very high pitched (alvin and the chipmonks). Im using a AV to 3.5mm audio connection and I just switched to a dedicated audio amp with no change. The game is running at normal speed but the audio is very high

If anyone has come across this and has any ideas id love to hear how you fixed it.

u gotta change the jumper to 246+ mode. its inside the shell.
