WTB Spikeout (preferably OG DBO version) ROM board and/or Security board

I want to buy at the very least Spikeout (preferably the original Digial Battle Online version, but will begrudgingly take Final edition as well) ROM board and/or Security board, either by themselves or already connected to an existing Sega Model 3 Step 2(.1) mobo setup. The Spikeout ROM boards use 64-mbit mask roms and I can't seem to find much info on how to safely convert an existing Sega Model 3 ROM board into a Spikeout one.

I found an existing Ebay listing for a Spikeout DBO board, but it's from China and that means tariff issues so that's a nogo.
