ST-V LCD Game Selector problem

Is anyone having problem with the ST-V LCD game selector not flashing the game that it displays on the LCD? For example:

-guardian force flashes to baku baku animal and vice versa
-cotton boomerang flashes to othello shiyoyou and vice versa
-radiant silvergun flashes to final arch and vice versa

I'm using smokemonster's rollup pack and my firmware on the LCD game selector is version 3.0, any suggestions?

make sure you have the selector cable hooked up the right way (not upside down on one side).
