ST-V Mobo Cap Exploded

So, one of the caps on my mobo blew up in my face the other day. XD
Can someone tell me the replacement part needed at C62?
I think it's a tantalum cap, but I can't read the value.

Sorry to hijack your thread -- is it ok to replace a tantalum cap with another type? Ceramic, electrolytic, SMD, etc?
