FS ST-V running Saturn Isos using some SD card cart solution - possible?

Just wondering since both the machines have same architecture is a cart possible that can run Saturn Iso images?

I'm not sure that they have the same architecture
I would like to say that is not possible to run Saturn games on ST-V
But, DS is the best person to give an answear on this

My understanding is that they are basically the same with the obvious differences --> Cart vs CD-rom (incl. CD-ROM buffer) and diferent expansion options.

BIOs is of course different, games will probably not work 100% out of the box without patching (controls will "for sure" not work due to diferent control mappings in the ST-V).. the rest should be the same.
