Hi folks, I've got a Strikers 1945 III that generally runs well, but one stage has what I'd describe as severe frame drop and a few other stages have a handful of missing enemy sprites or sprite errors.
Best places to check for problems? Photo of the board below. I *think* the graphics roms are on those SMD chips in the bottom left corner.
I have basic tools (multimeter, soldering station, EPROM programmer, access to an oscilloscope) and am open to purchasing anything useful for repairs.
