Also, I have a reproduction panel, they aren't horribly difficult to make, though the control panel connectors themselves may be hard to come by. The dome buttons are pretty standard, if you get into wanting to make your own panel, this place is a great resource and you can probably find everything you need.

Yahoo Auctions Japan, as skate said. There are various ways to shop from overseas, the easiest and most user-friendly of which is probably Buyee.jp.
No need to apologize, my bad for just assuming you knew what it was! Good source to buy PCBs and whatnot from the Japan market, where you can find a lot of things you normally won't find elsewhere.
