Super Hang-on - Controls wiring?

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my Super Hang-on PCB, that I try to make a jamma adapter for.
I have Video and sound, but I haven't managed to understand how to wire Coin switches, Start, Service and Test switches.

The problem I'm facing : I've found 3 different wiring from 3 different sources

Three different sources, three different wiring...

What's the actual wiring? Does anyone know?
