Unfortunately, it's not working for me (and it seems many others). In the meantime, I've decided that the rotary switch is good enough, so moving this on with high hopes that the next person can troubleshoot this and figure out why it's not working.
Price: $15 USD to @hatmoose for the original postage to me, and the postage to you (at exact cost).
