Taito F3 bad Color RAM

I have a Taito F3 that reports a bad Color RAM on startup. Does anybody know where the Color RAM is located? The Mame sourcecode mentions a location for the Palette RAM but there are 3 RAM chips and I don't think these are the ones.

Bumping this because I have the same problem. Curious if someone can help me ID the color RAM itself.

Palette RAM is Fujitsu MB8421 next to the priority mixer custom. Unlikely that this RAM has actually failed, look for bad/broken traces.
