And 3D printing seems possible, but these things have a lot of weird shapes...

brentradio passed on my frame since it's missing a slat up top. The fan is old and buzzy as well. If anyone else wants it, shoot me a PM. I'm tentatively thinking $20 since it'll need a lot of padding around it to ship it-its fragile.
They are indeed fragile.. I had to repair at least two of them that were slightly damaged while shipping (and they were attached to the motherboard)
Best is to screw them to a wood board... But then it gets expensive..

Styrofoam isn't as strong but maybe it's enough. No where near as expensive.
