Taito G-NET Sonic Wings Limited roms -> CHD conversion possible?

Hello,

I cant seem to find any CHD/IMG for the converted Sonic Wings Limited (I do not mean Aero Fighters Special, since that is supposedly WAY harder and not preferred, but chd is availible..).

Its done from what I have read but the CHD is no where to be found ..(i have checked ikotsu/neohype sites)
I do however have the Sonic Wings Limited romset, can I convert it into a CHD somehow?

Haven’t tried it yet, but could it just be the same chd, just picking a different region from the boot screen?

This is exactly how it works for the AMB version.
