Hello, one of the boards I got seems to only output garbage through the GPU, swapped with a tested good GPU and it worked perfectly leaving me with a seemingly junk GF79000GS. Cleaned the card up, reseated it well, but to no avail. Is there anyway to fix these cards with an issue like the one pictured? (Outputting garbage on screen)

Did you get this fixed? I had the same issue and was able to get mine running after purchased a PNY NVIDIA GeForce 7900GS 256MB GDR3 and followed the reflash instructions from Nico's write-up here Nico's Elsa 979 instructions

It's possible this could be any number of issues on the board: bad caps, shorted transistor, etc. etc., but it could also be a delaminated GPU die caused by bumpgate. I hope that at some point, somebody releases a multi or some way to patch TX2 games to use GPUs not impacted by this manufacturing fault.
Considering what these GPUs cost secondhand, it may just be cheaper to buy a replacement than pay a technician to diagnose & fix. YMMV.
